All Fired Up
Okay, I think I'm pretty funny. I decided my first post after being laid off should say something about getting fired. :) You'll just have to bear with me.

So here's what I've done today, besides celebrating Levi's first ever poop in the potty (bonus of being self-employed: I could run right over to admire said event), getting the oil changed and tires rotated, and feeling just the tiniest bit adrift: Magical Halloween Pillowcase that turns into a Trick or Treat bag!

I've got my first one posted in my etsy shop, compelledtocraft.etsy.com, with plans for more to come. Do you like it?

I love it! And I told my mom about it and she thinks it's great too! You are so creative! I would love to come visit you sometime!!

Um, your grandkid's being potty-trained? Successfully? Can you send your daughter over to potty-train my kid? It's a painful (and fruitless, in our case) process. :) Love the bag!

WHAT!! WHAT!! WHAT!!

I think SU without Paula doesn't make sense and lots of people will feel the lack of your spirit missing. You didn't get the Heart of SU for nothing.

Now take a trip up here. I have a baby who poops too!

WHAT?! (to echo Patti)

Still reeling here. Please send me a little message so we can plan an outing. I miss your face!

On the SU note... I know all the people at SU are fantastic, but I really think SU has repeatedly gotten rid of the most creative, successful people. The real cream of the crop, and to the company's detriment. Not the smartest thing to do in my opinion.

Please let me know what your next plans are. Can't wait to see what you're up to. :)

Miss Paula,

Well I know you'll be deeply missed. Enjoy all of that free time doing what you're best at! Eat up every second!

Call me sometime, I'd like to catch-up.
